Disciplinary Levy
At their meeting of 28 November 2009, the ANZASW Governance Board passed the following motion:
“That the $20.00 Disciplinary Levy be applied to all categories of non-registered members of ANZASW, from 1 January 2010″
All members are invoiced a $20 levy, which can be credited on production of a copy of the members current Annual Practicing Certificate.
The SWRB are generally responsible for complaints regarding Registered Social Workers, although they can pass them back to ANZASW.
ANZASW has not charged a Disciplinary Levy before now, but due to the increasing costs of complaints this now needs to be introduced.
